The location of the hotel was comfy and excellent - within a close distance from Tensosuwa Shrine. The room was good sized with twin bed and my experience was fairly nice. There was Japanese interior.

I loved the convenient location of Banyan Hotel. It was just a short walk away from the bustling commercial center with all the restaurants, cafes, and shops I could ask for. Plus, there was a nearby bus stop that took me directly to Haneda airport in no time, saving me a lot of money compared to a taxi ride. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend Banyan Hotel for its great location and cleanliness.

Stayed here after a long flight. Super friendly staff who were helpful with check-in. They even recovered my forgotten shoes when they did room cleaning. Good location, just a 5-minute walk from Ooi station, making it easy to transfer to popular destinations. Cheapest hotel with acceptable conditions for travelers. Great Wi-Fi and nearby restaurants.

I had the best stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The staff at the reception was incredibly professional and friendly, and they provided me with the best information for my travels. Miss Chan and Mr. Chong Tian were particularly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I was pleasantly surprised when Chong Tian remembered our conversation from the night before and provided me with travel information the next morning. It showed great attention to detail. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, being close to the Oimachi station. This made it convenient for me to access various places in the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and tidy, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The excellent Wi-Fi on every floor was a definite plus, especially for someone like me who needs to stay connected while traveling. If I visit this city again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

As bike riders, we appreciated the convenient location near Ooi station, allowing us to easily transfer to various destinations without detour. The hotel is also close to shops and restaurants, with a direct coach to Haneda Airport just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were helpful and gave us multiple options to get to the airport. Quiet rooms and excellent cleanliness were a plus, with new sheets provided daily. Express checkout was uncomplicated, perfect for those in a hurry.
